Look familiar? Danny Cipriani was spotted out in Sydney today with a mystery brunette


Danny Cipriani and Kelly Brook may have long split - but the rugby hunk still appears to have an eye for leggy, curvaceous brunettes.

Danny visited the Arthur Galan men's outfitters in Sydney today two days ahead of Saturday's Derby Day, the premier event in the city's horse-racing calendar, to be fitted for his designer suit.

The 23-year-old will be a special guest of Emirates at the event.

The rugby star emerged from the store after his fitting with a brunette woman in an extremely short black dress and towering nude heels.

The woman carried his suit and shoes while Danny, in a blue T-shirt and jeans, trailed behind, absorbed in his phone.

The pair headed to outdoor Hyde Park Cafe for a spot of lunch, where they spent half an hour chatting away, according to onlookers, before Danny headed back to his hotel.

In January it emerged that Cipriani had been warned to tone down his playboy image by his new bosses at Melbourne Rebels.

The sportsman has become a regular on the Australian social scene since touching down last year, and has already enjoyed flings with former Neighbours star Stephanie McIntosh and local pop singer Tamara Jaber.

Last month he was accused of taking a bottle of alcohol from a Melbourne bar, and according to Australian reports his teammates have nicknamed him 'Google' after he told a bouncer who refused him entry to a bar to 'Google me'.

Rod Macqueen, the former Wallabies coach, explained that it is not easy to contain Cipriani's celebrity profile.

He said at the time: 'One of our pledges is “We are not me”, let’s put the team first and that’s hard when you’ve got someone with a profile like Danny.’

'He has obviously got a high profile and that’s difficult when you come from overseas and you’re in a team environment.

‘It’s not ideally what we want. The reality is that he is here to play rugby. That’s what he wants to do and the more distractions he gets the more it takes away from his game.

'The reality is that he lives a lifestyle around rugby and the majority of his life is rugby, but he does take a girl out from time to time and we don’t see that as a problem.'

Danny has remained friends with Kelly, now pregnant and in a relationship with his former teammate Thom Evans, and the pair holidayed together in the Maldives over Christmas.
